A Quest"I hear there is a Temple of Bane that Lord Nasher is worried about," explained Areleth "Why don't you check it out Grim and report back to Lord Nasher." "I think that is a great idea. I will start after my nights rest," he said. "OK. Start whenever you are ready."
He woke up early the next morning. He washed his face, and strapped on his equipment. He tiptoed quietly through the halls, to be sure he wakes no one. He stepped out into the cold, misty morning, quietly shutting the door behind him. He knew the Temple was in Crossergate, so he headed in that direcion. He liked the cold weather, and he made quick time. He made it to the Crossergate Inn, only being attacked a couple times. He took a brief rest, and sets back out on his adventure. As he started walking down the path, he noticed a strange looking wall. He pushed lightly on it, and it swung open. "What my luck! A secret door!" he thought. He traveled down the newfound corridors, making quick work of the monsters in his way with his trusty long sword. He knew he had found his destination when he saw the alter room. I was quiet and empty, except for the alter, so he went in to investigate. He found nothing of value in the room, so he headed through a door in the North wall. As he looked at his new surroundings, he was jumped by a large group containing kraken spies, wolfs, and a well dressed cleric. He asked for Tyr's guidance as he drew his sword. He made quick work of the spies and wolfs with a magic blast of fire. The cleric took a little more work, and by the time the battle was over, he had bloodied his sword with the cleric's blood. As he recovered from the fight, he noticed the cleric was holding a letter. He unrolled it and started to read. It talked about a caravan ambush, and plans of future attacks by men in Luskan. "This is the information I came for!" he thought. He put the letter in his pouch and quickly headed off to Lord Nasher's palace. Once he got there, he handed Lord Nasher the letter. Lord Nasher sat quietly and read it. "This letter gives me valuable information on our enemies. I thank thee Sirgrimsor. Take this gift from me." He hands him a magical scroll. "If you find any more information let me know," Lord Nasher says, as the man is walking out the door. It was a long day, and the man returns to Camelot for a nights rest. As he walks towards his page quarters, he knew he had done a good deed. Once in his room, he unbuckled his sword and took off his armor. As he laid down in his bed, weariness took over, and he fell asleep. That night, in beautiful Camelot, he dreamed of his wonderful adventure of the day.
